I am working with a 45 yr old female client who had a chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged in Jan 2009 otherwise she is in perfect health. My question is 'what carrier/s will approve her with the bk?' My understanding is Genworth is ok with recent bk's but others require the bk to be discharged for 1 year. Has anybody had any similar clients and were they approved and at what rating?
