Even though it is the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services they go by CMS.
Have you been in the senior market for very long or did you just get into it to sell the
PFFS plans?
The best way to let them know that their regulations are total crap is to do as I do, DON'T OFFER THE DAMN THINGS.
If you are not around them nor standing still for what they are trying to do to us then no matter how much paint they have on their brush they are not going to be able to "paint" you.
I don't like
PFFS, haven't since I first heard about them and do not offer or sell them.
