Thinking about working for either Monumental Life or Mutual of Omaha. I have a better feeling about Mutual of Omaha but they charge for leads and the only benefit provided is a fully funded retirement plan. Plus I plan on getting at least 7 or 8 referrals a day so I am not sure if I wold have to depend on the leads. Monumental does have a starting salary, full benefit package, service pay, existing book of business. However, I just have a feeling the management will be very high pressure. Any ideas on which company to work for?
