In Missouri the only ones I've considered writing are: Coventry, BCBS, Pyramid and Wellcare. They are all off the books. Are any others both; available and considerable?

Seven of the players are still out. Humana has their ppo available.
Word has it that a couple of the players in the PFFS market have completed the requirements that CMS has mandated...but still awaiting the approval to start selling again.

I think if you check the medicare.gov site, they have an updated version of who is available in your zip code.
