County Auditor Ex Date Leads Go to Top

I hear a lot about Ex Date Leads, programs that take all the info and make letters ect..

I have not heard yet how "exactly" to get the leads from a County Website.

I have not heard name(s) of a program(s) that is used to gather the information. Sort it, filter it, or whatever they do.

I have not heard anything but, "I get my leads into excel from the county website. I mail out 250-500 a week." That's it.

"How" do you do it all? Thank you.
