I have noticed quite a number of buildings with "for lease" signs, well beyond the expected (real estate offices and mortgage firms). I know a lot of the strip mall REITS had professed to be more immune than other types, but it looks like a lot more market tests are ahead:

I'm afraid this wave hasn't even crested yet. I have quite a few clients feeling the squeeze.

Mortgage lenders, real estate agents, construction, landscaping, trucking . . .

Some are cancelling coverage, laying off employees (smaller group size) while others are simply postponing decisions to move forward.
