CRM's, Dialers...etc.

If there is another thread that answers this question please direct me to it. I have searched and not found the exact info I've been looking for.

For an Independent Agent let's say working just internet health leads ( Just for the sake of argument), he needs a "CRM" to keep track of his leads , right?

Would he also need a Predictive Dialer too? Unless he was buying 500/1000 + leads a week?

Also does everyone here just print out their internet leads, or load them straight into a dialer ...then call them?

Sorry , if this question sounds stupid, I actually have ample experience with Internet health leads via HBD , and dialers...
Just never from this perspective.

If you do not have quantity for the dialer, then that is indeed an issue. I would say a basic CRM (ACT or online CRM) would suffice and get a dialer when you have leads to dial or that you wish to dial in less time.

In my opinion it is a waste of money.

You are better off hiring a telemarketer, who has experience in qualifying health leads, and have them transfer the lead to you for 10 dollars a pop.
