Whats the best company out there that would be the fastest to give you a decline letter for someone needing to go on the high risk plan?

Way back in NASE days, I'd get a decline letter in 24 hours....speedy they were on that process.

But yeah, it would be nice to know which carrier would be best for this, in your honest opinion....

Just call or e-mail the underwriter for a pre-screen. They should have answer for you the same day or at least the next day.
