We developed a new voice broadcast platform that allowed us to change our price structure. Rates are as low as 1.8 cents/min with 6 sec billing increments.

Our direct mail campaigns use variable data printing. VDP allows us to personalize each postcard with your prospect's full name and has high-gloss coating on both sides. Every account receives a free extension from RingCentral with unlimited minutes.
I can't understand why people pay other people to do things they can do themselves. I am an independent agent when I am not on the phone trying to get appointments I am on an appointment...if it takes you three hours a day to set 1 Appointment its worth it! We make good money folks stop letting people take it from you...I mean really...these folks think we are stupid...$25 a lead and some of them $15 per lead...I get all my leads for about $2.10 per hour I get 2 leads and hour now do I close all of them no, but I make calls and set appointments. I close about 80% of the people that I sit in front of. The $2.10 comes from the cost of the internet dialer that I use. The most money I spend on my business is gas and data to load the dialer with. (That's not really true now that I think about it) I buy a lot of books to help me work on me if you know what I mean.

If all you want is two leads an hour that's fine. If you want more you will have to pay no matter how you generate them. Finding the method you like while generating a good ROI is the hard part.

The bottom line is who is the agent and their style, time, and budget?

If a person is willing to work a little harder to generate their own leads for cheaper, MORE POWER TO THEM!

For others that are already busy and don't have a lot of time OR the "will" to set their own appointments, then paying others to do the leg work can make sense. You can be successful doing it either way....its just a matter of personal marketing preference really. I like to offer our clients both options to fit everyone's needs!

What is your time worth? Certainly more attuned to closing, not appointment setting. Besides, I suck on the phone...

I'm a little confused. If a person worked 3 hours to set an appointment that would have cost them $15 through a lead provider, doesn't that mean you're working for $5 an hour? You're spending 3 hours of your day to do something that would have cost you $15 bucks? Seriously? Using that math, in 39 hours, you'd generate 13 appointments and close 10 of them (80%), spending $81 in costs ($2.10 an hour). If instead you out-sourced and paid for an appointment every other hour, you could go on 19 appointments in those 39 hours and close 15 sales spending $285 ($15 a lead). So, for a difference of $204, you could increase your productivity by 50%. In a business based on building residuals, that's a lot of money in a few years? To each their own, but seems like out-sourcing isn't that bad at these numbers.
