So my wife and I are watching TV. While channel surfing I stopped at an infomercial where Christie Brinkley is showing up how to exercise on a rowing machine. She was born 18 months before my wife.
So, while pointing at the TV, I asked an innocent question to my bride of 31 years:
"Are you sure the two of you are the same sex?"
Somehow, my wife got pissed off. Did I say something wrong?

Holy crap! My wife would have beat the hell out of me! That's like:
Wife: "Do these pants make me look fat?"
Husband: "No. It's your ass that makes you look fat."

Green,
If the little voice in your head did not say "What the hell did you just say" then you need a new voice.
I told my ex once to get off her fat a**. Wow, my little voice was screaming at me, but I couldn't really hear it since I was being screamed at while dodging random projectiles.

Rick, I hope that your dog doesn't mind sharing the doghouse with you. I think you will be in "drydock" for awhile.

My wife is actually very sensitive about her weight. I married her at 95 pounds and now she's a disgusting 115. The horror.

I don't want anyone to think I don't have compassion for my wife.
I've explained to her I don't want her to grieve when I die. I'd like her to go first.

Yea, my wife has put on a little weight as well, but at least she is using it for good and not evil.
