Direct mails are doing just fine. I am in magazine publishing business and I've been using DM marketing for over 5 years. Troi Mailing Services in Toronto assisted me in delivering the success. I am happy with the ROI and still ready to continue with this type of marketing. If you guys need stats on the success of DMs, here is a latest one that I came across:

The company I am dealing with for DM, Troi Mailing Service, is now also named as Canada Post Expert. It's mainly because of its success in DM marketing.
