#3 also tells me that if they use a pipe instead of a joint, their ounce lasts longer, so they'll be more apt to keep their policy in force.

Most lead cards I see ask for Name, Age, and benefits amount they are looking for. I think that covers all your bases. No need to ask them additional questions of they simply wont respond.

Are people still trying out ValPaks for FE marketing? I thought the industry figured that was a bust a decade ago.
