Can an Electrician Get More Than 5 Years of Coverage?

Newbie at DI:

I know of an Electrician looking for DI coverage. Seems like it's an A rating (Union Central) and limits you at 5 years of coverage.

Any ideas on how to get more coverage?

Electrician is 2A with Assurity. Here's the guidelines to get an age-65 benefit:

Proposed Insureds in Occupational Classes 4A and 3A are eligible to apply for To-Age-65 benefit periods without regard
to income. Proposed Insureds in 2A Occupational Classes may apply for To-Age-65 benefit periods if the following
conditions are met:
Self-Employed Applicants: Must be under age 56, have worked in and owned the business for the last two years,
and have annual net income of at least $40,000 for each of the last two years. (provide last two years tax returns)
