Disability Insurance for Personal Trainers

Have a prospect who owns her own personal training studio (trains the clients herself) I know my company MassMutual won't write her for disability. Anyone have any experience writing personal trainers...if so which carrier?

Looks like this is an older thread however Standard may be able to consider a personal trainer working from a gym as well as Illinois Mutual and Mutual of Omaha.
