Yeah, I love seeing these stories about college athletes with the foresight to protect themselves this way. Best $25,000 he ever spent - made him $518,000 tax-free. While it might have been hard for him to see team after team pass on him, getting an extra $10,000 for every pick from mid third round on had to soften the blow quite a bit!
