I have two young attorneys who are married who both make high incomes. Who is the best carrier to write a long-term disability contract on them with? And why?

Depends on "how high" we're talking about.

If you're talking about over $20,000 per month, then this is probably the only people I'd talk to:

Use Guardian or Standard to cover up to $20k per month. Use Lloyds (Petersen Int) to cover any amount over $20k.

No. Max out coverage with Guardian, then supplement with Petersen. Attorneys are class 6 occupation with Guardian.
