I know a desperate greedy agent that I used to work with that uses email blasting. He bought a targeted list of realtors about 1 million in the country. He then cut it down to the state that he is licened in . According to him he had a $18,000.00 return on the investment.

I do probably every other week. I don't buy lists of emails. Mine consists of dead leads from the past. I also take the liberty of adding email addresses to my list that I get from trash email. You know, the email that tells you to send it to x number of people and something will happen. Those are filled with prospects I have decent results.
