Translation: The Brazilians have discovered an oil field that is large enough to make them look like a pimple on a penquin's arse and it has been determined that the US has enough natural gas (no emissions) to take us off into the next couple centuries.

Acorn is actually an international organization. Let the Saudi's get a business loan from them to start making sweaters from camel hair or something.
