Does anybody have a system that they use for drip marketing that they would be willing to share? I'm looking to set up a process that I can continually work, and pick up a few stragglers hear and there. Any tips or points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. This is one area where my system or lack there of needs a serious upgrade. I spend so much of my time on the initial contact with new leads, that I know I'm losing some business because I don't stay in front of the clients long or often enough.

Thanks,
Eric

I've used Activator for years with ACT. It also works with Outlook and Salesforce.com

I may have two licenses I will sell soon at a huge discount if you're interested. I have to check if it's OK to resell them.

I'd be interested in discussing your potential offer. I don't have enough posts to pm you. You can email me at ericr962@aol.com.

Thanks

I can attest for Activator. I just purchased it and absolutely love it.

I was working off excel spread sheets and a modified one card system before. What I didn't have was a laid out sales workflow process and system that automatically sends letters/emails no matter where they are in the sales process. No one will ever fall through the cracks.

Hey Jeff, I got you voice mail and have been meaning to call you. One thing I can definitely recommend if you havent already, is to download Fineprint from www.fineprint.com

It works great with Activator. You can scan in your letterhead and print it with your letters and also do reprints very easily if there are mistakes with your print jobs (like forgetting to load letter head paper.)

Wow, I've never heard of activator. When combined with ACT is it kind of like the Bill Good goldmine system?

I get letters from Bill Goode. From what I can tell, he is a reseller of Activator. There are resellers in many industries who rebrand it. Some have a similar software that is not actually Activator.

In the funeral industry there is one call Market System that is commonly used. It is basically the same thing but adapted for the funeral industry. There was some cross over of programmers for the two systems back 15-years ago and both claim to have invented it to the best of my understanding.

I've used it for 12+ years and was trained to use this system my first week so I don't have any experience without it. BUT I have to say I don't know how people would stay organized without it.

Hey Jeff, one system that we use (and have encouraged all of our agents to use) is iFusion MAS (ifusionx, com). It's works great as a contact management system as well as a marketing automation tool. For only $30-$40 bucks a month, it was one of the best things we did for our agency. (FYI we've had by far our best cross-selling, upselling and referral gathering since using the system, you really should go check it out.)

Would that replace Constant Contact?

Anyone focusing on Final Expense out there doing any kind of on-going follow-up with their clients? If so, what are you doing? Would like to know what's working there and why.

Thanks..

To anyone using activator:

How much customization does Activator need. From the website, it appears to be pretty much plug and play. Do you use the standardized insurance system or have you developed your own letters and process?

Thanks,
Eric

I rewrote all the letters when I got it. It's not plug and play in my opinion.
