I ran into a problem when I started filling out E&O apps. Everyone that I have found so far that will accept a bankruptcy will not do monthly payments. Does anyone know of a company who will?
There are some carrier sponsored programs that are available to L&H agents that should work for you. Immediately, I can think of Foresters, Assurant, World, BCBS, etc.

The days I would prefer to have off to work insurance would be Tuesday-Thursday or Monday-Wednesday. Are you prepared to work 7 days per week for 1-2 years? What does you wife think about this venture? Also, I agree that Farmers may not be the best place to start but may be the only captive that will take you on part time. No offense intended but Farmers will take anyone.
