You have to go surplus lines for this one. A good wholesaler should be able to find you at least 2-3 markets.

if new and less than 5 yrs experience, your best market is Lloyd, Colony, otherwise State Farms is the best market, about $800/yr.

$800/year for a mortgage broker? I don't think that's possible. I've been to 20 different carriers for one recently and the best I was getting was around $3000/year.

Cres Insurance has a program through TOPA for about $2500 per year.
