Don't know about the price CITA charges, but they do write it for agents with less than 3 years experience.

NAIFA does also, but you have to become a member to be able to buy the E&O insurance:

Know this is a few months old but I just bound coverage through CITA (american automobile subsidiary of fireman's fund) admitted carrier...had the best rates..I also secured 1mil/1mil for $1300 and best of all although I could pay for it in one shot...i get to EFT 10 payments....e&o for $130 a month X 10mo's is a pretty good deal.
