I use Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance Sponsored by NEA for mine.

I use NAPA. I think it's around $600. That's for annuities too. Some places charge extra for annuities.

If you contract with Medico or other carriers, you can get E&O for about $450 that covers everything you do with a L&H license.

Equitable sponsors E&O that covers Life, Health and annuities through NAPA for $450 a year $1,000,000/$1,000,000. Assurant has the same through NAPA that covers $1,000,000/$3,000,000 per year for $480 per year. They have other companies that sponsor.
