Errors and Omissions

Anyone heard of this company? I called the state of Florida where I'm licensed and they said they don't have them as authorized to sell p & C in Florida. They said they won't go after them as there is no hard copy of advertizment!

I guess because they don't have them as authorized to sell, whatever policy is issued will be unenforceable if there is a claim.. Am I missing something here..?
