You should try your state association. I have mine through the state association in Michigan.

E&O for what? P&C is different than health, and more expensive. Part of the answer will depend on how long you have been in business as well.

That said, I don't know New York, but unless you are clear on the question, you'll get some strange answers that might be meaningless, since this is the P&C forum, and people are already suggesting health E&O.

I live in the state of new york and looking for E & O companies for property and casualty. Can anyone suggest any? Besides IIABA. There are alot of online companies are they legit?

Try Victor O. Schinnerer & Co. It's non admitted but if you're new, you're probably not going to find an admitted company to write you. They were the best price for me. Less than IIABA and no membership requirements.
