I thought about doing that also. I hate the way they talk about "churning" I have a book of about 500 clients and last year I went independent (Humana Agent 05-07) and was able to help people get a better plan last AEP.
This year the Humana
PFFS plan is terrible and have already set about 20 appointments with those still on the plan. I can get them on Advantra, TO or Wellcare in this area that is so much better. Humana seems to be pushing them into their
PPO that is so so and only has one hospital network and I know that only about half my clients use theirs.
If they call helping someone get a better plan churning, they should be required to be on take the worst plan in the area and try it for themselves. (actually for 96.40 a month, that plan is better than what I have
