I've seen that once before, it's a mess. They're trying to get the best rates for their employees, but no one has any idea what coverage they have.
Size of the group play a role with that.
The current broker may be weak. With any carrier there is bundling discounts.
I would not run from it, in fact these are they type of group I get. The groups no one else wants

I would snatch that up in a heart beat.
I jump through all kinds of hoops for cases smaller than that.

Employer group health insurance and Dental, vision, life, STD & LTD. Then maybe some work site benefits to boot.
