I've seen that once before, it's a mess. They're trying to get the best rates for their employees, but no one has any idea what coverage they have.
 
Size of the group play a role with that.

The current broker may be weak. With any carrier there is bundling discounts.

I would not run from it, in fact these are they type of group I get. The groups no one else wants:)

50 lives. Not worth messing with imo.

I would snatch that up in a heart beat.

I jump through all kinds of hoops for cases smaller than that.

Health premium comp= $17K-$25K
Ancillary comp= $3K-$7k
