Per your suggestion I reached out to Rick. He mentioned their claim to fame being the high issue age but other than for the warm and fuzziness why would you show a zero commission product when you could focus on something anything else that pays you?

The Cancer Solutions plan does not pay commission age 71+ but they also have a couple of good Lump Sum plans that can be written either CI or cancer only that pay full commission at all ages.. IN addition to the Lump sum, you can add a rider that pays a daily hospital benefit, Chemo/ radiation benefit and a wellness benefit. Plus, one of them has a recurrence benefit on the lump sum. Age age 78, 10K lump sum plus the additional coverage is only around $40-$45 per month. One nice thing about the lump sum plans, you only have to be cancer free for 5 years to qualify.. You can bet that in 13 months, I will be applying if nothing happens.

Actually their claim to fame is that all their supplemental health plans can be written with a CV/ROP rider...
