Can anyone recommend a service or software to help put employee benefit packets together that can either be emailed or printed for groups?

i use a software called microsoft office and have a template that i swap out the data. i suggest you track down a benefit packet from another employer or agency and attempt to create your own template

Depending on the carrier, the regional sales office may do that for you, or they have a printing service that will do that and ship them to the employer's office. UHC does packets, and BCBS has the printing service. These are showing the plan summaries.

They don't do the rate sheet. I do that on Word.

I agree with Yorkriver - the regional sales office should do that for you
