Employers Do Not See Need to Invest in Retirement Education

I suppose the reason they don't see the need to invest in retirement education is because they don't see any benefit for the company. I'm sure one could think up of some risk they face, but it would be small and not worth worrying about. Personal responsibility and accountability have to kick in somewhere, and I imagine employers don't feel this is a benefit they need to offer.

There also seems to be very little demand for retirement education by employees themselves. Maybe if they started demanding more of these servies, employers would respond differently.

The old days of a person working for a company all their life, then the company takes care of them after retirement, are almost gone.
