Groups with a lot of PT are going to have to start tracking their hours to see where they fall in the employee mandate.

Talk about one convoluted mess.
 
Keep in mind, that for 2013 only, the employer may use any six or more consecutive months that they want, such as March through August. My guess is that there may be more than a few groups that will be able to define themselves as small group using this leeway.
