Find an older agent from one of the name companies like Farmers, Allstate, ect. They generally do not work their existing book of business very well and there can be many cross selling opportunities. If you can find a District Manager with Farmers for instance he/she would be able to help you find an agent that needs such help.
If I was still in that line I would jump at the chance to hire a
CSR with licenses that would telemarket my clientele with appropriate products and customer service. Especially if I could call her an Independent Contractor, and pay her commission.
