My E&O (cuz I'm appointed w/Assurant) is $527/yr. While it's done by "MGA Ins Svcs" which I believe is administered by NAPA down the road here in Lakewood Ranch, FL, their non-Assurant brokerage rate is about $800 a year...

I have 3 mil with NAPA and it runs like $491yr or $45/m.

Two good options: Life Investors has one that is under $500 for the year...but, there is no open enrollment and only one window of enrollment per year. Also, AON has a program for Foresters agents. Both are under the $500 range.

Yes , I recently changed from Calsurance to AON through Forester's, the yearly cost is $476, I can shoot you a contract if you need it. Josh, are you located in NC?
