Can you post a few things about the mechanics of this service? Here are ten questions, in no particular order.

1. Does agent have to download and install any special software? Only for Windows?

2. If not, does agent have to use Windows or IE 7.0 or will Mac allow access to the site.

3. Can agent pick time and days to accept lead calls?

4. Can agent choose (or record) his own tele-message or is it generic... as in "Hello. Do you want to save money on healthcare... "

5. Can agent choose specific zip codes only?

6. Is agent indemnified against DNC actions should the service make a mistake?

7. Do you own and manage this service at your business location or are you a rep for it? If rep, where is the physical location of the service and what is its name?

8. Can agent choose any demographics... say only law offices or companies in the agricultural SIC codes?

9. Can agent "turn on" and "turn off" when he takes calls on an ad-hoc basis? (Say you normally want calls from 9 to noon, but something comes up and you need to turn it off that day.)

10. Do you have a D&B rating? References or testimonials that can be independently verified?

I ask these questions because I felt I got "taken" by Jami R. a couple of years ago (or close to that.) I was not the only one. Yet she was on this list and was recommended by many others here. I want to try to avoid that situation if I can. There is always risk doing business with people you don't know and I want to mitigate that as much as possible.

This sounds like a good service on the surface... but so did Jami's back then. Perhaps you might want to answer these questions in an FAQ section on your web site?

[COLOR=black]As with ANY form of telemarketing (Voice Broadcasting, Manual Predictive Dialer) you as the person contracting for services are ultimately responsible for any DNC violations. Anyone that tells you otherwise has no grasp of telemarketing law. This campaign however is B2B, therefore an agent will have no DNC issues.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=black]We do have a dialer located at our business location, however for this web based program we are not utilizing this specific dialer. The dialer we are using costs multiple millions of dollars with hundreds of thousands of out going and in coming lines. There are two huge dialers, one located on the west coast, the other located on the east.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=black]Yes. However, similar to the question on zip codes, anything is possible, but many times not recommended. Technically you could call dentists in a specific zip code, however you would call them all in about 5 minutes.[/COLOR]

If you need to step away for any reason with one click of the mouse the system shuts down and within a minute or so all calls that were being completed will be finished and the system will be paused until you start it again.[/COLOR]

I spoke with Ramiz today, and will sample his leads. I will then report back here in a week or two and provide results and ROI compared to other live transfer leads from other sources. We are continually looking for the best value, and would appreciate insight from others with live transfer lead experience.

Yeah, thought this sounded great. I signed up with Ramiz, paid my money even referred my partner to sign up. We went through the training everything sounded legit. Then we just wanted to make some minor changes and had some questions, called Ramiz and left messages and emails for two weeks with no call back.

I feel we were scammed!! Stay away from Healthleadsnow! I guess Ramiz wants the quick sale and doesn't provide any follow up. Hard to believe someone takes time to train you on the system to scam a quick $150.

Waste of money, he is a scam. Healthleadsnow should be put on the blacklist!

You can't be serious.

We have the most liberal return policy out there. And we offer referrals upon request.

Maybe you have us confused with someone else.

As for $150. We dont even have a plan that low.

Mods, if this person is registered with another IP addresses, let us know.

There's no way that this is a real post/real experience with Ramiz and Health Leads Now.

I paid Ramiz $160 to try his transfers. He trained me, and was very easy to work with. I called him several times and he got right back to me. I've actually never had better customer service.

I took 7 transfers, and then ran into some personal issues which have put my insurance business at a standstill. I emailed Ramiz and explained that I was not going to be able to use the transfers for possibly months. I explained my situation, and asked him what he suggested. Before I Knew it, I had an email response from Ramiz wishing me well, and offering to help in any way he could with my situation. I also immediately received a refund for $160! I should have received less, because I used 7 transfers....

Ramiz is a stand up guy, and his company treats agents properly. I would recommend his company to any agent out there.

I also want to take this time to say "Thanks" specifically to Ramiz for helping me out with the refund so quickly, and for being so easy to work with.

My only question is can you do the same thing for Life Insurance? Any kind of live transfer life leads?

Ok, it was exactly $159.99 paid through Paypal to healthleadsnow.com. Again, we went through the training with Ramiz and he was very helpful.

My partner and I just wanted some credits on a few calls that went through but were hang-ups. Ramiz said it would be no problem for credits in this situation during the training.

The problem is that my partner and I have left 6 messages each for Ramiz over the past 2 weeks with no call back along with several emails. I just needed to make a change on the phone number the calls are transferred to and get a couple credits.

You have to understand that it is very frustrating when you buy something and don't get any support after the check clears. This has been my experience with healthleadsnow.com so far.

If/when this issue is resolved, I will happily post any postiive results.

We really do pride ourselves on our service. Sure sometimes it goes to voicemail. But, I also run an Insurance Agency here in Ohio. MOST people understand this and get a call back immediately.

We have refunded two peoples initial deposit. Both for personal reasons. And if there was someone who didnt like our service we would return that also.

We play fair, and tell people exaclty what to expect. THIS SYSTEM IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, but for those that use it and like it, they stick with it.

As for life insurance, we can do that, and have agents running our system for final expense/term insurance.

Different price structure, but it can be done.

I too have used Ramiz' service. He does what he says and nothing less.

I tried it for a few weeks then got sidetracked on other stuff. Never asked for a refund and wouldn't have the guts to any way. It is not his problem that I can't use his service right now.

Perhaps after the first of the year I will log back in and restart the leads.

Anyone who is trashing his service doesn't know the difference in a quality guy like Ramiz and some of the crooks that are out there.

None of that press one leads that people are selling for $12-$18. These are live leads with customizable campaigns, running for half the above cost.
