Interesting. What is the script that they are using and what areas are they calling? Also, what is the source of the leads? (ie small business owners, dentists, etc...)

Why is your telemarketer saying they are from "Insurance Solutions." That is a lie. You are not Insurance Solutions. I am Insurance Solutions. You are Smedley Insurance Group - Affordable Health Insurance and most of your site does not work (at least not in my browser) except this page... which makes me think you are doing NAA or Mega or something similar
Now nothing says that there can't be two or more "Insurance Solutions" in one or many states...but they ought to be "real" and not a lie. I would suggest that you not call in California and use "Insurance Solutions" and let the DOI find out about it as they frown upon that kind of thing here and you could have your ticket pulled at worst... or face a fair-sized fine at best.
All in all, there is something here that does not pass my smell test.

So the only question you ask is if they want to receive a quote and you charge $10 for the lead?

No, Thats the lead in question. After they commit, the telemarketer obtains:
Name :
Age :
Gender :
Smoker :
Currently_Insured :
Health_Problems :
Phone_# :
Notes :
The Notes section also has quite a bit of info about the company including how long they've been around, address, what they do, website, names of officer, etc. In addition, the telemarketer is screen for serious ailments such as: Diabetes, Heart Attacks, Strokes, and so on... You will get a reasonably healthy lead that is expecting a call from you. You will have everything you need to generate a quote, you will just need to call and build rapport to find out what they need...

I'm a bit confused. Are you just trying to sell some excess leads, recruit agents for your agency or sell leads on an on-going basis?

I'm guessing a bit of all of those things, judging by his website.
I hate to sound negative, but if I (or anyone) can find a good telemarketer that gets three solid leads in an hour (calling small business owners)...why would we pay $10 for each one to someone else?

I'm trying to sell excess leads, and if there is enough response. I will hire more telemarketers and set something up on an ongoing basis.

That doesn't sound negative at all. If you can find someone to do that, then I would suggest it... That's exactly what I did...and now I have more than I need. Some people are too busy to do this and some people just don't want the hassle. I'm not trying to push myself on anyone. I have telemarketed exclusive leads for $10 a piece. That is very cheap and the quality is great. If anyone is interested, great... If not. Not a problem.
