You are kidding, right?
Back to the original question, today's answer is Humana.
Ask me again in 6 months. The answer will most likely change.

big rate drop in MD effective July 1st - so you'd better believe it
*5 yrs back on the app
*10% health discount (in MD)
*Print cards off online
Won't go on but if it's price to price, plan to plan, it's all Assurant

Assurant changes

That hurts me - when I sold Max Plans 98% of them were $1,250 or $2,500 coinsurance. I can indeed pick $2,000 now....with a nice fat increase. They now have it structured price-wise for $3,500 OOPs.

It's musical chairs - whoever has the best plans at the best rates wins. If that's carrier A one year then carrier B the second then it is what it is.

In Tennessee, if the applicant is preferred, Assurant is not close to competitive.

The carrier who pays their claims, underwrites fairly, pays me reasonably and prices their products competitively.
Every six months that can change.

Subject to change, as others have said here. I like GR and World in Texas, at the moment, at least in my area. Those are my go-to carriers at the moment.

Lou, I believe LGilmore said it best. I agree with him 110%. OK, all you smarta**es can take a run at me for the 110% statement.
