63 F Smoker W/ NASH - who to Write With??

I have a client that is 63 Female smoker that has nonalcoholic steatohepatitis aka NASH (form of cirrhosis of the liver)since mid 30's. Also a diabetic with insulin, but not before 40yrs old. She doesn't take any meds for NASH! Does have hep C shots not diagnosed but considered a carrier- last shot will be 12/17. What company would offer 1st day coverage if any?? Who would you go with?

Whew! Thought from seeing the title that we were going to start underwriting people based on what they drive.. Owned a couple of Nash Ramblers over the years.
