Advice on Carriers

I now have contracts with RNA, 5-star, Gerber, TA and Trinity/FB. I'm steering away from 5-Star since their changes and I can't stand their fear of antidepressants. I've not used RNA but once. Their prices are a little inflated and I haven't really found a niche for them. I place most with Trinity. TA gets my copd and CHF.
I'm considering adding Settlers. I like the POS interview. Any suggestions on what I should add and why?
