Search though the forum and you will find several. I have found that the short and to the point works best for me. Look up JD's posts. His method is short and using the Phrase "I just need 10 minutes of your time" is valuable. I have improved my ratio by using a few small points him and other posters on here. I now use an appointment setter now but that is out of necessity due to of the lack of time I have to spend doing it. My ratio is higher doing it myself, though.

Actually I set about 50-60 per week for my agents that hit a road block in their confidence. I do split with them though..... Usually I do this to get them back on track and fire me so they make more money.

What do you do if you can't get them on the phone?
That is set up for door knocking of course.... There is a good thread recently by onefastpony http://www.insurance-forums.net/forum/final-expense-forum/cold-knocking-t65862.html that discusses it in depth. I recommend that is a good place to learn about it.
