Hard to find and hard to keep. Kind of like finding a pair of sneakers. Next pair I find that I like, I'm buying 2 or 3 pair...

When you find a good one, they need to call for 3-6 agents to make enough to stay at it.

Regarding Boman's comment, setters definitely need multiple full-time agents, preferably in different time zones, to make the business worth it for them.
