Well I didn't want to tap out a long response if all he wanted to do was whine about how bad they are.
Bottom line, they're hard work. Takes about 100 to fill a week. That's with sending out refresh letters.
There's gold in there for sure. If you are low on funds, go for it. But you're gonna have to work 10x as hard as fresh leads to get similar results.
