If I spilled the beans, then the guy would get booted off. We wouldn't want that, now would we? But he's had probably 30 in the last 8-10 months, and still uses some of them. I think we all know who we are talking about. ....Not that's there's anything wrong with that

I dont think so. Ive never done it, but I have no problem with others doing it.
Other than the fact it is against forum rules and can get you banned, there is not a thing wrong with it.

There is no point in having more then one. Anything more is shady. Unless you're suffering from multiple personality disorder. Then it's acceptable.
