This Case Has Me Nervous

I am more nervous now than when I wrote this post. To begin with I was concerned about question 7A. and now the pacemaker may be a problem even though I have been told numerous times that it was OK. I think I will walk away and let him keep paying $557.31 monthly for a $25,000 policy.

Billy,

What about Americo?

Can he at least say no to this? Eliquis should be fine. Definitively you should be able to get him UP1 at $361.14 for $25,000. UP2 if there was a problem would be $577.84. Either way he would literally be covered for life.

Part 1

9. In the past two (2) years, has the Proposed Insured had, been told they have, been treated for, or been prescribed medication or had surgery for congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, stroke, circulation or blood clot problems in the legs or to the heart or brain, systemic lupus, chronic kidney disease, or kidney failure?

Part 2

4. In the past two (2) years, has the Proposed Insured had, or been told they have, been treated for, or been prescribed medication for heart bypass, angioplasty (balloon procedure), stent placement, heart valve disorder, heart attack, angina (chest pain), or coronary disease? .......

Hope I didn't miss anything mate, just trying to help out. The most important point here is that Americo has 2 year look back on CHF. You need to make sure that the current treatment is anything other than standard HBP.

Hey, screw you too! Now we are even. Based on your favorite humping emoji on here, it's safe to question your professionalism!

I hope this goes without saying but I'm kidding...kinda.

You didn't answer the question. With your professionalism, what would you recommend?

If place him with a company that cannot rescind the policy once it's issued to start. Second if ever had any hesitation regarding "contestibility" then I'd be cautious to replace, esp at his age. Id call his ins company chat his face amount in half and use that money to get him a second policy with us. It limits his risk and he potentially still comes out a winner.

Now stop letting jdeasy rub on you and make everything into an argument. I said we are to give a professional recommendation. And after clearly joking you come across like younjust want to argue, not cool.

No, I'm not wanting to argue, but when somebody comes on here suggesting that I'm not professional and saying that I want to argue...I have a problem with that. Looks to me like it's you that wants to argue, so according to you...you're not cool. I'm game if that's what you're into. What's JD got to do with you looking unprofessional?

You're coming across as somebody who doesn't know what the hell you're talking about.

Name me one company that can't rescind a policy after it's issued. :skeptical:

I'm not sure that I'm following you on your "professional" suggestion. If you're talking about cutting his F.A. in half and using his cash value to add additional insurance to what he's already got.......how much cash value do you "professionally" estimate that he has on his "term" policy? :twitchy:

Do you think he's better off to just leave it alone and when/if he gets to the age of 90, he'll have how much insurance Mr. "Professional?

Who the hell do you think you are, coming on here and telling anybody how things are going to be..."you said". My ass! You don't dictate to me, or anybody else on the Forum!

You're use of grammar, or lack there of, doesn't make you look very "professional". You should learn how to use commas(those are these "," little things).

LOL ok jdeasy. Take a deep breath, take your Viagra and maybe your humping emoji won't get you off anymore.

Btw you're use of grammar is the wrong use of the word. You're = you are. You should have used your. So I guess now you're not only unprofessional but also a hypocrite :)

Ooops, I did slip, and that annoys the hell out of me when people say your instead of you're. :embarrassed:

I don't know why you'd call me JD...I'm a lot better looking than JD.

It's clear now that you're just here to Troll, and you're not very good at it. You need to get your facts straight, put your big boy pants on and go back to Troll School. :twitchy:

I'm actually not. You took something I said spinned it as if I was criticizing you which I wasn't. You stated I'd lay out the option for the customer and I replied aren't we paid to make a professional recommendation, meaning sometimes customers don't know what's best for them. You took that and said I called you unprofessional and said screw me which I thought you were kidding. I joked back and you took it way to personal

You didn't sound like you were kidding to me. How we proceed now is up to you.

Well, in 11 short posts you've managed to call people out as racists, hacks, stupid, and hypocrites. You are also very fond of straw man arguments and putting words in people's mouths (you know, creating the straw man). In addition, you did all this making it perfectly clear you have absolutely no idea what the hell you're talking about. Nice Work!:noteworthy::skeptical:

p.s.- I mean, aren't you the guy who self admittedly markets FE to blacks, but somehow is an expert on marketing it to whites? And who thinks TV stations can target their broadcast signal to certain zip codes and not others?
