What is the lowest age for a FE policy around. I am thinking 45 but he says there may be one lower. Thoughts?

Several of the FE companies will down to age 0 but not the FE product. Most all of them use a different app and different underwriting for their under age 45 applicants.

Settlers is one that does not. They use the same application for ages 0-85.

There may be some others but that's the only one I have that uses the same application and underwriting for those ages. And even then there are some questions you have to answer for under age 25 that you don't if they are over 25.

Settlers for the win. Their child coverage built into their policy will cover children who aren't even born yet.

In fact if I write a policy on someone who has no kids yet it will cover the next two generations of kids once they are born if that insured is still living when his grandchild is born.

So let's just say -60 years through age 85.
