I am looking at doing some lead purchase, was wondering do most agents but a per lead plan or do they buy 1000/ dm drops?

I would imagine most on here use a per lead plan. Most of us are on a set priced DM program.

I still take TM and even web leads too. Probably not recommended for new/bad agents. You usually have to push a little harder and be willing to deal with a much sicker/crazier clientele.

75% of my leads are DM. Though today I've been striking out on them. But have sold over 2k from my TM leads and one more TM appt to go.
