Does Gerber Allow Replacements??

I have a client who has a 30 yr old Universal Life policy that is lapsing because the costs of insurance has eaten his cash value, and he can't pay the current premium required to keep in force.

Unfortunately he is uninsurable on 1st day coverage because of oxygen use and COPD. Does Gerber allow replacements in NC? They have a replacement form so I assume so.

Yes i've done several. Print out the whole replacement form as there's a form you the agent has to fill out. I've replaced several UL's that were expiring in months.
