As far as I know there is not any IMO giving free leads and a 125% contract. Some offer fixed price DM, but still I doubt you will get 125% on every carrier.

Yes - I offer 130% commission contracts with free direct mail leads, but you can only take 30 leads weekly and must write at least $1500 weekly to keep the leads coming.

You marketers want to make everything off the backs of the hard working agents.

Maybe if you offered 24 months advance, no chargebacks, and 15k starting bonus it could be a living wage.
