Is there an advantage to working with administrators at senior communities? (ie assisted living, nursing homes or rehab centers) Is this a good place to gain leads for agents in the FE arena, or another insurance category?

You might get somewhere offering informational meetings helping people understand Medicare, Med supps, Med Advantage, the PDP, etc. A lot of people, regardless of their sophistication, don't understand all this stuff. Recently sold a wealthy business owner a med supp. He kept getting the parts (A, B, D) confused with the plans. Still not sure if he got it. Oh well, he's covered.

Just bypass the administrator and go room to room.

You'll have a captive audience. Don't take no for an answer.:nah:

Thats not legal is it?

Ha - this was me once . . .

Be sure to know the difference between an "Educational" presentation an a "Marketing" presentation. No - free meals at Golden corral either

Good luck out there Foster!

You're welcome. Sorry, but it seemed like such a silly question...still does. Call a nursing home and put the question to them.

Just curious...why would you give yourself a Thumbs Up...especially for asking a question...like that?:nah:
