Some co's require production and downline proof to get the higher contracts(Trans,Americo) .and a few others. Others allow the Imo to basically put an agent at what they want under their level. One thing an agent must watch out for is a lot of imo's play with the renewals giving the agent a little higher fyc and chopping 2-3% off the renewals.
