Final Expense Lead Source and Companies

We advise our new agents to budget $100 for every sale they want to make in their first two weeks.

This way - they have a limited amount spent if they crash and burn.

Then when they get paid for the sales - they can re-invest it back into their business to make more sales, and if they want to make a greater number of sales - then just buy additional leads.

We actually subsidize our agents with their lead expense if they utilize our In-House Lead Program..

Meaning - if a new agent is on a 50% contract to begin with - then they get rebated back 50% of their lead cost.

You mean to tell me that you have agents on a 50% contract and you still make them pay for leads? :err::no:

Most don't stay at the 50% level very long.

They can advance to 90% with just $900 in monthly premium sold..

Todd - we have perfected the TeleSales experience. It doesn't matter if the agent has 10 years or 10 days experience in the insurance biz - everyone starts at the same level.

My time and sales skills are invaluable to me and my family. So - we make a decent over-ride on those that need the training.

Can someone get 100%+ contracts - absolutely. Ask anyone that calls me and I guarantee you that they will say that is one of the first items we talk about.

However - 100% of nothing is nothing.

We have the TeleSales program down to a science. Those that partner with us, I dare to say - will close more sales than the average agent on a 100% contract - because of our simple system and our organic in-house lead program.

If someone comes in and decides the grass is greener on the other side - they are free to go provided that if they are joining another IMO with the same carrier - that IMO is willing to be responsible for all debt and chargebacks that agent has or will create. Simple as that.

This is just how our program works.

50% What a Thief!! Just like NAA that claims there leads are the best, Ha Ha. They say you can leave but if you try to, they sue you and refuse to release you from any contracts.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, I don't know you, and you may be telling the truth, but I will never trust any one that offers a contract at 50-55% and still charges for leads.
I don't believe that there are any leads that are good enough to rate a 50% contract and still have to pay for them.
